Meet the Founder

Ms. Tami | Hiệp Tâm

Founder of COSMOSCIENE

Over 16 years of experience in cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, and pharmaceuticals.
1 year of Quality Control (QC) experience at Hasan Dermapharm Pharmaceutical Factory, certified to GMP – EU standards for high-quality pharmaceutical production.
1 year of experience in setting up QC systems and establishing a cosmetics manufacturing facility, achieving CGMP, ISO 17025, and ISO 9001 certifications.
Classification of safety levels and assessment of cosmetic ingredients prior to formulation development in accordance with European and US standards.
Successfully developed over 33 commercially launched products while working at Chemico Cosfa Vietnam (2012-2016), Iwase Cosfa and Chemico Group. : Moisturizing Cream, Mild Facial Wash, BB/CC/DD Cream, Eye Cream, Anti-Aging Serum, Lipstick, Whitening Cream, Cleansing oil ….
Co-Founder and Innovation Director at Dermatech Vietnam, a pioneering company specializing in cosmeceutical, Clean Beauty, and Well-Being ingredient solutions, certified to leading international standards:

+ Multiple other international certifications for green and safe ingredients.
Worked closely with reputable global ingredient suppliers from Japan, France, USA, Korea, Italy, Israel, Netherland, Denmark, China, and other countries, collaborating directly with technical experts and R&D teams to develop innovative formulations and technology-driven solutions.
Brand Representative and Business Development for Codif (France) and Sharon Laboratories in Vietnam (2020–2024).
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, majoring in Organic Chemical Engineering.
